Oh I do love Kate Middleton!
This beautiful woman is such a role model, and her class, beauty, style and personality make her the perfect representative of our country.
While on tour in Asia, Kate has made a style statement on every single day.
The Duchess of Cambridge is in South East Asia with her royal hubby Prince William to
celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and her clothing choices have left us green with wardrobe envy.
Kate Middleton and Prince William's first public
appearance was to the Singapore Botanical Gardens, where Duchess Kate wore a cream
kimono-style dress by Jenny Packham.
On day two of their tour The Duchess of Cambridge wore a white
broderie anglaise Alexander McQueen belted dress which she teamed with her
favourite navy blue Russell & Bromley wedges straight off the high
street.
Kate looked gorgeous in a purple and silver shift dress
by Prabal Gurung, which she wore to attend Prince William's Guard Of Honour
review, and later wore a pretty red, black and ivory print dress by Asian
designer Raoul. For day three, she opted for
another Jenny Packham number in blue lace, before flying to Kuala Lumpur,
where she wore another Alexander McQueen gown.
On day four (when those awful photos of Kate were leaked in France) she maintained dignity (another reason why I love her!) and followed religious protocol by wearing a
white chiffon dress by Beulah with a traditional headscarf.
On day five, rocked beige trousers
and a dark green shirt on a trip to the Borneo Rainforest and on day six, Kate and
Wills landed in the Solomon Islands, where she wore an Island Print dress.
Wow, what a fashion round up! I've put a selection of my favourite pics below. What do you think of Kate's tour style? Enjoy x

Diamond Jubilee
I just wanted to do a quickie post about the Diamond Jubilee.
It was an amazing few days in London - loads going on, fab sense of community, the concert, procession, service...it was a fun time to be a Brit.
The Queen looked beautiful every day of the celebrations. She stuck to the colour palette which works best for her, soft, pastel shades in cool blues, warm gold and sparkling silvery/white, and each of her outfits looked gorgeous. The other stand out star of the jubilations was of course, the stunning Kate Middleton...or Catherine Windsor...whichever, you know who I mean. She looked amazing, albeit a bit skinny, on both the boat procession day and the service day, where her attire was classic with a very contemporary twist and her hair and make-up were youthful and relaxed.
I've chosen my favourite Queen and Kate looks from the celebrations.
With the Queen, I particularly loved what she wore on the first day of the celebrations - a chic and simple studded white coat dress, and custom diamond encrusted hat (which had a really cool contemporary shape) by Angela Kelly and of course, her trusted black Lauder handbag.
As for Kate, I loved what she wore on the barge procession. Once again, she opted for British designer Alexander McQueen (great choice). The beautiful red pleated Mcqueen dress was stylish, eye-catching and showed off her narrow silhouette perfectly. I especially loved the cute pleated skirt, which was a younger sort of flirty touch - get ready for a lot of high street knock offs! She also wore her beloved nude LK Bennet shoes - a bit bored of these now, a red Sylvia Fletcher hat and a gorgeous silver dolphin brooch, which was given to her as a gift from the royal navy submarine service.
Did you watch any of the Diamond Jubilee celebrations? Enjoy x

Kylie Rocks in this Week's Stylist Magazine
I am not normally the biggest Kylie Minogue fan. I have nothing against her - I think she's cute and can hold her own on stage. Her stylist obviously dresses her well, and I kind of loved "Can't Get You Out of My Head," but I've never really seen her as a fashion superstar.
This perception changed today when I picked up my weekly Stylist magazine. This bumper issue is just fabulous! The pint sized singer is dressed by 25 of the world's greatest fashion designers (to commemorate her 25 years in music). JEALOUS!! Including a Cavalli dress designed especially for her. Yes, jealous...very jealous. She actually looks amazing in this mega fashion spread, and manages to evoke a new look, attitude and style for each of the shots. OK Kylie, you rock!
Designers participating in the spread include; Stephen Jones, Roksanda Ilincic, Sonia Rykiel, Philip Treacy, Tom Ford, Christopher Kane, Victoria Beckham, Julien McDonald, Stella McCartney, David Koma, Alexander McQueen, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel, Antonio Beradi, Richard Nicoll, Preen, Basso & Brooke, Holly Fulton, Bodyamr, Mark Fast, Peter Pilotto, Emilio Pucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and Mary Katrantzou.
I love that they used more avant garde, British designers such as Christopher Kane, Holly Fulton and Mary Katrantzou, along with such established fashion houses as Alexander McQueen, Chanel and Cavalli.
This shoot was styled by Alexandra Fullerton and shot by William Baker. If you haven't grabbed your copy by now...hurry up, there's still time! Enjoy x

Kate Middleton's Wedding Dress Goes on Display at Buckingham Palace!
Amazing news, the stunning, now legendary wedding dress worn by Kate Middleton and designed by Sarah Burton, has gone on display at Buckingham Palace!
Those who admired it from the comfort of our sofas at home, can now see the £250,000 Alexander McQueen dress right up close...if we can get our hands on what is rapidly becoming the hottest ticket in town.
But wait wait, it doesn't end there...not only will the dress be on show, but the shoes, tiara, veil, earrings, replica of the bouquet and even wedding cake will all be on full view! All for a ticket price of £17.50...not bad in my opinion.
It also includes a short video, featuring Sarah Burton talking about her inspiration for the dress and Kate’s ‘hands-on’ involvement in the design process.

A Princess In Reiss
So the newlyweds are back from their honeymoon and it's time to get back to reality...yeh right...royal reality!
The young royals are back, bronzed and blissful and their first royal appointment was with Obama and the First Lady...and what did our girl choose to don for this special occassion? McQueen? Issa? Chanel? Our girl? Hell no...Kate is a true high street gal at heart and chose to rock a £175 bandage dress in beige by Reiss. Watch this little baby sell out faster than you can say "I want to marry Harry." The shade looked gorgeous against her new tan and K-Mid looked demure, glowing and the epitome of a 21st Century princess.
Welcome back Kate, can't wait to see the next outfit! Enjoy x

The Royal Wedding of the Century!
What an amazing day! What an incredible ceremony. What amazing fashion! I could go on and on for days about the outfits, the guests, the ceremony and the emotion that was so real for such a publicised event. London looked simply amazing, and I feel so proud to be a Londoner - historic, noble and like something out of the pages of story books.
The whole day has been wonderful, from the crowds of fans and well-wishers to the procession of the guests to guessing who will wear what. I had quite a few sniffles, but enough of that, let's get to the most important bit...the fashion!!
What an incredible day for British fashion! All the most prominent members of the Royal family wore designers by British fashion houses. The Prime Minister's wife Sam Cam wore a stunning electric blue Burberry dress, our Queen looked so pretty in a sunshine yellow dress by Angela Kelly, Kate Middleton's mother Carole looked amazing in a streamlined grey/blue coat dress by Catherine Walker, Camilla wore a beautiful champagne silk coat dress by Anna Valentine and Princess Beatrice wore Vivienne Westwood. Kate's sister, her beautiful bridesmaid, wore a simple ivory sheath with a cowl neck by Alexander Mcqueen's Creative Director Sarah Burton. And there were Philip Treacy hats everywhere! That man must have had a few sleepless weeks!!
Let's not forget the boys! Our Prince Wills looked so handsome in his red Irish Guard uniform, adorned with gold, and Harry looked equally dapper in his Blues and Royal uniform. Top form lads! You've done us proud!
But of course, most importantly is our new princess! The debate of who she would wear went on for months. Would it be Alice Temperly, Bruce Oldfield or Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. Well, we waited with bated breath as the stunning Catherine stepped elegantly into the car, barely getting a glimpse of delicate lace and a whisper of a veil. It was ivory, that was clear, but it wasn't until she emerged at the Abbey that we were able to get a real view of the Princess.
And she wore Sarah Burton, the Creative Director for Alexander McQueen, one of Britain's most well loved designers, who we tragically lost last year. Kate looked beyond gorgeous, I was so not disappointed! Her make up was natural, gentle and accentuated her beautiful features. Her hair was natural as well, worn half up and half down with gentle curls at the back, and our new princess wore the Queen's halo tiara in her hair, by Cartier. The dress is delicate and intricate. Lace covered her shoulders as gently as a spider's web, and the ivory dress - simple, understated and simply glorious. Grace Kelly-esque in it's elegance, Kate's waist is defined and her train flowed behind her over 2 metres long. In short, our new Princess looked every inch the princess of little girl's dreams. Good choice Kate, I couldn't imagine a more perfect dress.
I'll sign off now, as I want to carry on watching our new Prince and Princess! Ain't it exciting?? Pictures to follow. Enjoy x
