This little video has made me so excited for the new Westfield in Stratford!

Westfield have created this amazing video, showcasing 100 years of London fashion in 100 seconds - shown on a swinging, dancing couple. It's such a simple but brilliant concept, showing all of the fashion styles and trends through the last century.

Get excited for this, Wesfield Stratford is is opening September 13th...See you there! Enjoy x

Beyonce Is Pregnant!

So readers of this blog are well aware that I am a huge fan of Beyonce...OK...slightly obsessed is more accurate!

It was amazing then to see the diva looking absolutely amazing at this weekends MTV VMA Awards, where she performed on stage in a gorgeous sequined tuxedo. Even more amazing was the news she chose to share with the world at that moment, that there is soon to be a mini-bey!! She then opened up her jacket and rubbed her belly while grinning widely. Even her husband Jigga looked beside himself with happiness...so cute!

Beyonce later looked stunning in a floor length orange Lanvin, that didn't clash at all with the red carpet. The dress was ultra flattering and showed off her baby bump beautifully.

Congrats Beyonce and Jay-Z, can't wait to see the little one shaking his (or her) booty on stage with his mama! Enjoy x

Fur ipad Case by 3.1 Phillip Lim

Usually one of my favourite designers, 3.1 Phillip Lim, rarely ever gets it wrong, but this new venture ain't something I think I can really get behind. Up until now, the most stylish way to carry around your ipad is in a chic little leather case...now however, 3.1 Phillip Lim has created an emerald green cover made from rabbit fur. I'm not sure how I feel about a few poor little bunnnies dying just so ipads could be more...strokeable? cuddly? Do I really want my ipad to require grooming? If ipad using fashionistas out there want something pretty and soft to stroke, might I suggest a cute little puppy...one roughly the same size as an ipad?
Plus, who wants emerald green fur shredding on their clothes? Not the most ideal choice for fashionistas sitting front row at the shows...but I'm sure it will get them noticed.

If you do want to indulge in this...ahem...accessory, then Net-A-Porter are stocking them...at £695. Or you could create your own faux-fur version for a few quid, and indulge your inner artiste! Enjoy x

GLEE Cast Support Vogue's Fashion Night Out

OK you fashion loving Gleeks, be prepared for amazingness...I am a huge Glee fan, obsessed with the show, so you can imagine my excitement when I came across a video of the Glee cast covering David Bowie's "Fashion," in support of Vogue's Fashion Night Out!

The one off video involves the whole cast looking amazing and super stylish, strutting their stuff down the runway. Lea Michele who plays the infamous Rachel Berry looks insanely gorgeous in a sequin Balmain mini-dress, and Dianna Agron who plays the beautiful Quinn, gets my vote for best dressed in a very on-trend androgyny meets sequins meets 1940s kind of look...trust me, the girl looks good!

The whole cast in fact looks amazing, the guys have made the move from high school casual to high fashion fabulous (Puckerman looks H.O.T) It even features everyones favourite cheerleading coach Sue Sylvester, played by Jane Lynch, shouting 'I love fashion' and 'get out there and shop' through her megaphone.

Basically, this video is fashion genius, and as it was only aired in the states last night, you can be one of the first to check it out...here! Enjoy x

Barbour Gold Label by Temperley London!

What a match made in fashion heaven! Two leading, iconic British brands have joined forces to create a stunning range which is available now. Barbour and Temperley London - not perhaps the two names you were expecting me to say, but trust me, they work amazingly together.

The pieces are not typically fast-fashion, meaning they will withstand the test of time and trends, and as such as real investment pieces. Temperley has transformed Barbour's iconic wax jackets and quilted coats into glam new styles, including the Wax Somerset Coat, the Devon Leather Coat and the Wiltshire Mac.

The looks are distinctly British and glam without looking OTT. Cable knit jumpers and lacey dresses layers with a cropped wax jacket, polo jumpers under quilted coats and slouch cardigans worn with boots and wax trousers.

The collection is available now on the Temperley and Barbour websites, as well as the likes of Net-a-Porter and other stockists. Check out the website for more info. Enjoy x

Hello Kitty Collaborates with Liberty!

How excited was I this morning when I saw on the Liberty blog the amazing sneak peak of their forth coming collaboration with Hello Kitty!

My cousin and I have been a bit obsessed with the Sanrio cartoon kitty forever, and I am so happy that she has returned in a slightly more grown up and totally fabulous way.

The collection will be available at Liberty exclusively from the 26th September...but be warned, it will only be available for two weeks. I'm predicting a major sell-out! In Love with River Island's Autumn Collection!

Hello!

I am sorry I have been absent for so long. Many apologies and I do hope you'll forgive me. Life has been crazy busy, but as always, fashion must go on.

It is getting to be my favourite time of the year - with summer drawing to a close, the high street is starting to churn out their new autumn collections. Just the sight of a chunky knit and oversized sweater/maxi skirt combo and I am in heaven. I find autumn/winter clothes so much more exciting and enticing - layers of different textures, boots, woolly socks and tights, accessories such as hats, scarves, gloves, mittens, earmuffs...Ooh the list goes on!

I've been starting my autumn collection slowly, and have found about a million things from River Island that I am desperate to own. They do autumn and winter so well. Amazing knits, separates, accessories and statement pieces and with the new Chelsea Girl range as well, there is just so much choice!...so, I have done a little edit of bits which are available now, in the hope that you will love them too. Roll on autumn! Enjoy x

Harpers have posted a bit of behind the scenes on the cover and editoral shoot - check it out here: http://www.harpersbazaar.co.uk/covers/

Lady Gaga Takes Houndstooth to a Whole New Level!

Oh how I love Lady Gaga!!

Check the kooky diva out as she came out of a performance on American chick talk show, The View - wearing Salvatore Ferragamo houndstooth from head to toe! Including houndstooth check glasses. Even her piano was decorated with black and white checks.

This dress is seriously gorgeous and is available from Salvatore Ferragamo's AW11 collection. Be prepared for this one to be a sell out though. Lady Gaga's unique spin on a classic pattern is fresh, modern and highly convertible. Enjoy x

UK's first designer PC tablet from Pierre Cardin!

I receive quite a few press releases daily, but this one really stuck out!

Pierre Cardin, one of the world’s most famous fashion empires - whose clientele includes Lady Gaga and Nicole Ritchie - has launched a tablet computer that combines elegant design with user-friendly technology.

Tablet PCs are becoming an essential accessory for today’s busy lives on the go. However, technology does not need to be cold and boring,” said Kam Kothia managing director of the UK’s sole distributor of Pierre Cardin Tablet PCs - eBusiness UK. “Pierre Cardin epitomizes the belief that great design can enhance everything from clothes and luggage to furniture and living spaces. We are delighted to be launching the first designer-branded tablet PC into the UK market. Following the successes of the Prada and Armani brands with their mobile phones, we strongly believe there is a strong market for our tablet PC.”

Not only that, but you get wifi, 3G and a USB port, and it all comes wrapped in a gorgeous black gift box, all for £275...cheaper and more chic than an ipad - you'll get some real style cred with this baby!

I am not really a techy kind of gal, but I love the look and idea of this, and love how fashion and technology manage to combine so effortlessly.

It's my birthday in a couple of months, so please can I have one?? I want to blog on a Pierre Cardin Tablet PC!! Enjoy x
