Harper Beckham Rocks NYFW!

Total gush kinda post coming up. I am really not into doing posts about celebrities, unless there is a fashion or beauty link (or I'm obsessed with them...cough...cough...Beyonce).

When I saw this picture posted on Instagram, I could not help but go "awwwwwwwwwwww."

How adorable is this snap of the gorgeous Harper Beckham perched on her daddy's, the even more gorgeous David, knee? Harper got her very own front row seat at mama Victoria's fashion show at New York Fashion Week, rocking a little Chloe sundress and shoes, with her hair in a perfect bun, natch!

How cool is she? Having a little (baby) babble with Anna Wintour, who, for once, looks warm and friendly and smitten with little girl Beckham.

OK, a bit of a nothing post. I just fell in love a little bit when I saw it. Enjoy x

Kylie Rocks in this Week's Stylist Magazine

I am not normally the biggest Kylie Minogue fan. I have nothing against her - I think she's cute and can hold her own on stage. Her stylist obviously dresses her well, and I kind of loved "Can't Get You Out of My Head," but I've never really seen her as a fashion superstar.

This perception changed today when I picked up my weekly Stylist magazine. This bumper issue is just fabulous! The pint sized singer is dressed by 25 of the world's greatest fashion designers (to commemorate her 25 years in music). JEALOUS!! Including a Cavalli dress designed especially for her. Yes, jealous...very jealous. She actually looks amazing in this mega fashion spread, and manages to evoke a new look, attitude and style for each of the shots. OK Kylie, you rock!

Designers participating in the spread include; Stephen Jones, Roksanda Ilincic, Sonia Rykiel, Philip Treacy, Tom Ford, Christopher Kane, Victoria Beckham, Julien McDonald, Stella McCartney, David Koma, Alexander McQueen, Roberto Cavalli, Chanel, Antonio Beradi, Richard Nicoll, Preen, Basso & Brooke, Holly Fulton, Bodyamr, Mark Fast, Peter Pilotto, Emilio Pucci, Tommy Hilfiger, and Mary Katrantzou.

I love that they used more avant garde, British designers such as Christopher Kane, Holly Fulton and Mary Katrantzou, along with such established fashion houses as Alexander McQueen, Chanel and Cavalli.

This shoot was styled by Alexandra Fullerton and shot by William Baker. If you haven't grabbed your copy by now...hurry up, there's still time! Enjoy x

H&M Teams Up With David Beckham!

Yes, you read it correctly, H&M is teaming up with a Beckham, and it ain't Victoria! Old Golden Balls himself has teamed up with the high street brand to create a range of bodywear!

The first drop will hit H&M stores next Feburary, and this isn't going to be a one off collaboration, but a "long-term alliance!"

David quoted: “Over the past year, I’ve been developing my Bodywear range with my team and I’m extremely positive about what we have designed and produced,” says David Beckham. “The final piece in the jigsaw was a retail partner who has the vision and capability to distribute these products globally. In H&M we have found the perfect partner to collaborate with going forward, I’m excited and looking forward to showcasing the range to H&M customers from February.”

“David Beckham is a true icon both of sport and style. It is incredibly exciting for H&M to be entering into a long-term partnership with him for his David Beckham Bodywear line. It is the start of an amazing adventure for us at H&M. Valentine’s Day in 2012 is going to be a very exciting time indeed”, says Ann-Sofie Johansson, H&M’s Head of Design.

The range will be available from 1800 H&M stores in around 40 countries worldwide...what do you think? Would you wear Beckham endorsed bodywear? If I can get a body like his wife from wearing it, then I might be sold!! Enjoy x

British Fashion Awards

The British Fashion Awards 2010 took place on the 7th December at the Savoy Hotel, where 12 leading fashion figures took home the nights prizes. Amongst the winners were Celine creative director Phoebe Philo who won Designer of the Year, Nicholas Kirkwood who won Accessory Designer award, people's choice Alexa Chung won herself an award (sporting a lovely cropped hair do - looking slightly less messy than normal!) Lara Stone won model of the year and Mulberry won designer brand.

Enough about the awards, I know what's most interesting to you lot, who wore what, who looked the best and what can us common folk hope for High Street copies. I've put a load of pics of my favourite looks of the night, there are some gorgeous dresses going on and some fab styling. Get inspired - and maybe get some ideas for the party season! Enjoy x
