Beyoncé's New House of Deréon Campaign
Long time readers of this blog will know that I am a huge...no...scrap that HUUUUUUUUUUUUUGE Beyoncé fan.
The woman can do no wrong in my book; talented, beautiful, kind, genuine, amazing! Considering I am such a big fan of this woman, I was surprised at myself that I have never bought anything from Beyoncé's clothing line, House of Deréon. I think the clothes are gorgeous, just not really my style.
Well, now that the campaign shots for the new season's collection have been released, I can say, without a shadow of a doubt, that I will be indulging in this line!
In these beautiful shots, Beyoncé struts through the desert, channelling a seriously cool rock and roll spirit - cut away dresses, animal print maxis and leather jackets - too cool!
This collection looks sexy, stylish and the perfect amount of diva/rock star! Beyoncé thank you for yet another reason to worship you!
What do you think of the campaign shots? Enjoy x

Belle of the Ball and Bump!
Hello!
As you may (or may not have) noticed, I haven’t been a very
good blogger recently, with only two or three posts a week. Very bad blogger!
I’m so sorry for the lack of posts, but I promise I have a
very good reason, which I have had to keep very secret…until now that is.
And the reason? Well, I’m three months pregnant! I am so
excited (as is hubby) but I have had to keep it very quiet, as I am quite
supersticious, and didn’t want to make anything public until I had my 12 week
scan, which I did yesterday. Happily, everything is looking great with little
Titch (oh, that’s what we’re calling the bump) and I was finally able to
announce our fabulous news with all our friends and family – and of course
facebook, making it properly official now!
So the first few weeks I was very tired, feeling sick and
just not up to much, hence my terrible blogging etiquette. I was basically
getting home from work and falling asleep on the couch at 8pm – so rock and
roll.
I’m feeling a lot better now and just really excited, so I
will try and resume normal blogging activity. It just feels really nice that I
am able to share the news at last – it’s been a very long 8 weeks!
I’m not going to make this a pregnancy related fashion blog
now, I will keep up my regular fashion and beauty posts and news, but I might
throw in a bit of maternity fashion into the mix, as I want to keep it relative
to what I am going through.
In the meantime, here is the first picture of Titch – it’s a
bit dark because Titch was very squirmy and jumping around a lot, so they
couldn’t get a brilliant photo, but I’ve pointed out what’s what below. X

Thursday's Wish List
I love it when the first drops of the autumn collections start hitting the high street.
I'm not going to lie, I'm kind of over summer. It feels like it's been muggy for months, and I am so ready to start rocking a new wardrobe for AW12. I miss tights, boots, chunky knits and gorgeous winter coats.
Everyone always seems to think that I am mental, but I really do like the colder months more than summer. I think the clothes are just so much nicer, the styles are always much more exciting. So, that being said, I've been doing a little window shopping and have made a wish list...for this week anyway ;^) and yes those are the boots from Office that EVERY blogger is lusting after...well, they are pretty damn gorgeous!
So here is my list. Have you started planning your new season wardrobe already? Enjoy x

Lust Have Outfit
The weather outside is soooooooooooooo hot! It must be about 30 degrees in London town, and working in central London is like working in a sauna at the moment.
So what do I do when the weather gets hot outside? I start planning my winter wardrobe...naturally :o)
Today, I am lusting over Topshop's new AW12 collection. Their first drop is so cool - kind of grungy but with that girly twist. Full of peace symbols and dip hems and chunky knits - just my kind of look.
So, I've popped my wish list outfit for today below - a cool tee, dip hem skirt and a great pair of boots. What do you think of this look? Do you think it's too early to start planning your autumn wardrobe? Enjoy. X

Glee's Chris Colfer Looks Hot for Mr Porter
I've been meaning to post about this for a while, as the interview came out a couple of weeks ago, but things got a bit busy!
I am a massive GLEEK! I am not ashamed to admit it - I love Glee, the cheesiness, the music, the characters, the writing, everything, and I was in tears when the recent series came to an end, and many of my favourite characters left...sniff.
On of my favourite characters, right from the start, is the gorgeous Kurt Hummel, played amazingly by Chris Colfer. The poster boy for gay teens and an absolute fashionista and diva, the character of Kurt took a place in every Gleek's heart.
I was so excited then when I saw some gorgeous pics of Chris on men's fashion site Mr. Porter. Chris gave an interview to Mr. Porter, where he unveils some distressing facts about his teenage years, and the times at school when he was bullied for being gay. He also revealed his love and talent of writing, how he originally went for the role of Artie in Glee, but the writers were so impressed, they wrote the character of Kurt for him, and more about his family life.
It's obviously fab getting to know more about the man behind the quiff, but, if I'm being honest, the photoshoot is amazing. Chris looks suave, sexy, stylish and gorgeous! Dressed in designers from Alexander McQueen to Lanvin, Chis Colfer looks every inch the style icon Kurt Hummel aspires to be!
